Not Our Way

 

Overview

Not Our Way is an education campaign for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in New South Wales (NSW) that focuses on the harms associated with the use of prescription drugs and crystal methamphetamine (ice).

The campaign provides information on the impact that drug use has on family and community, and provides advice for parents, families, and friends.

The messages were informed through a consultation process with members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and agencies in metropolitan and rural locations across NSW. The campaign is based on real stories and experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across NSW who shared their experiences so they could help others.
