Wesley Getting it Together Scheme (GITS)

 

Overview

The Wesley Getting it Together Scheme (GITS)  is an early intervention program on the Central Coast of New South Wales (NSW) for young people aged 12-18 years. The program provides support for the following health and social issues:

The service is run by Wesley Youth Services and is open to all younger people facing these issues, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. Funding is provided by NSW Community Services.
