Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service

 

Description

Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service was established in 1998 as a primary health care service, initiated and managed by the local Aboriginal community to provide a culturally safe and holistic health service to the Aboriginal people of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). It offers a range of medical services and also runs a number of social health programs and services (employing both female and male counseling and support staff).
