Description

This online resource has been designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health staff to assist them to reflect on smoking triggers and the barriers to quitting faced by health workers. The resource highlights a range of strategies that can support health worker's wellbeing.

In addition, there is a section for managers and tobacco workers which aims to encourage them to use the website to reflect on where their health service is at in relation to workplace culture and staff wellbeing.

The materials included on this website were drawn from extensive consultations with Aboriginal health staff and managers across South Australia.
