Description

This mobile phone application (app) is a personalised app to help people who smoke to become smoke-free. It provides a countdown to the quit attempt and statistics to track quitting progress, such as days smoke-free, cigarettes avoided and dollars saved.

Users are able to record personal goals and motivation using pictures, words and audio messages. There is a community board where people can gain motivation and support from other people quitting tobacco smoking.

This app is not Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-specific.
