This wallet card, designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as part of the Strong Spirit Strong Future Program, is a reminder that the safest option is not to drink if your are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breast feeding.

When to use this resource

This wallet card was developed to assist health professionals when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, and their families. The wallet card could be made available in waiting areas of health services or distributed to health workers to raise awareness about the risks of drinking while pregnant.
