Consultation open for the Western Australian alcohol and drug interagency strategy 2017-2021

In consultation with key stakeholders, the West Australian (WA) Mental Health Commission (MHC) has developed a draft Western Australian alcohol and drug interagency strategy 2017-2021. The MHC is calling for interested individuals and organisations to provide feedback on the strategy, and the strategic directions to 'prevent and reduce the adverse impacts of alcohol and other drugs in the WA community.

The strategy builds on previous achievements, and provides a guide for government, non-government and the community in addressing the adverse impacts of alcohol and other drug-related problems in WA. There are two core elements to the strategy:

Feedback can be provided via an online survey, or a written submission may also be submitted via the contact details below. Feedback must be provided by Thursday 31 August 2017.
